Gag Manga Biyori 搞笑漫畫日和 or “A good day for gag manga” is a series of five minute short cartoons helmed by famous anime director Akitaro Daichi. When I first watched this series I was really laughing my arss off. You can find a bunch of these, I think 12 total (see video below), if you search Gag Manga on youtube.
